SHORT STAFFED IN DISPENSARY

Due to sickness and staff holidays we are very short staffed in our Dispensary and may have to close the dispensary for collection of prescriptions at short notice, just for a few hours during the day.  You will still be able to contact the Dispensary either by telephone or email.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

FLU VACCINATIONS:     Flu vaccination appointments are now being booked for over 65's.  Please contact the surgery to arrange your appointment.

Overdue for an Asthma, COPD or Diabetic annual check?  Please call reception to book your telephone appointment

CCTV and Data Protection Policies

CCTV

Mount Chambers Surgery now has CCTV recording in the public areas of the Surgery and voice recording of all telephone calls.

These facilities have been installed to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We will also use the recordings for training and quality purposes.

We would like to reassure patients that any recording will be kept as safe as your medical records and not shared outside the practice.

Please pick up an information leaflet from the waiting area or ask at reception.
