To help us to protect our staff and other patients we have our front doors closed but we are open. This is so that we can manage the number of patients entering the building. We have separate windows at the front of the building for you to speak to Reception or Dispensary staff. You will then be directed further by the staff.
In line with Government Guidelines we are offering Doctor telephone and video consultations in the first instance. If, after your telephone consultation, the Doctor feels that you need to be seen face-to-face you will be offered an appointment either later in the day or the following day. This will also include patients who have already been in contact with NHS 111 and been referred back to the surgery.
We have removed all online booking appointments at this time as we are unable to triage patients that are using this system. We will regularly review the situation and these will be reinstated once the situation has improved.
We ask patients for their support and understanding during this time.

If you have a question about your medication please telephone our dispensary between 10.00 & 11.30 a.m. or 4.30 & 5.30 p.m.
The easiest way to order repeat medicationis through the Doctor Link App. Or you can email your repeat prescription requests to:- firstname.lastname@example.org, via our online service and by posting request slips through the front door. If you have already ordered your medication this will be being processed so there is no need to call to check, this will be ready in 3 working days. Thank you.
