Opening Hours

By appointment, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 12:30  and 14:30 -18:00

Times and days vary for each doctor.

To make an appointment please call 01376 553415 you will be placed in a queue but if you are caller no. 10 or more then you will be offered the call back facility, or you can use PATCHS our online platform between 08:00 and 12:30 or 14:30 and 18:30.

(Please note: appointments cannot be made in person at the surgery). You can also book some advanced appointments and Nurse appointments online.

Phone lines are closed between 12:30 and 14:30.

Reception and Dispensary are closed for lunch between 13.00 and 14.00 so please avoid visiting the surgery between these times with any queries.

Outside of our usual working hours or during shutdown afternoons;

Please call NHS Direct on 111 or access NHS 111 online

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

On these dates the surgery shall be CLOSED from 12.30 pm for staff training

We will re-open at 08.00 on the following day as usual.

When the surgery is closed you can contact NHS 111 either by phone or online which is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre when the surgery is closed.
